Gary H. Gale
Mr. Gale has been practicing law since 1981, and has been in the Roseville office of Angius & Terry LLP since 2016. He advises community associations in the day-to-day operations of common interest developments, including interpretation of and statutory compliance with the Davis-Stirling Common Interest Development Act, interpretation and enforcement of governing documents, and other legal issues that may arise for associations.
Mr. Gale attended Dickinson College in Pennsylvania graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He earned his law degree at McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento in 1979. He practiced consumer bankruptcy law for over 24 years, and is certified as a specialist in bankruptcy law by the California State Board of Legal Specialization. He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California. Mr. Gale is an active member of the California State Bar, the Sacramento County Bar Association Bankruptcy Section and the Sacramento Valley Bankruptcy Forum.
He and his wife have two children, and his passions are golf, skiing and cooking.
