Troy R. Dickerson
Mr. Dickerson has specialized in community association law since 2008, including general corporate and transactional matters. Trained in litigation, Mr. Dickerson has successfully adjudicated over fifty (50) compliance enforcement cases in Nevada state administrative proceedings in favor of association clientele. Also trained in dispute resolution, Mr. Dickerson has successfully resolved dozens of additional matters for association clients with homeowners, private entities, state enforcement agencies, and federal agencies on a wide range of issues. In 2012, Mr. Dickerson successfully negotiated with the United States Postal Service for the return of mail delivery service to homeowners in a 360-unit Nevada condominium complex that had not received direct mail delivery for over seven (7) years due to lingering apartment conversion issues.
Mr. Dickerson graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, and received his law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law. In law school, Mr. Dickerson worked as a judicial extern for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and clerked for a Columbus, Ohio law firm specializing in land use and eminent domain matters. After moving back west, Mr. Dickerson practiced law as a litigation associate at one of Nevada’s largest law firms for over two (2) years, representing a variety of corporate, gaming, and private clients in business, real estate, and community association matters
Mr. Dickerson is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Clark County Bar Association, and the Community Associations Institute (CAI).
