Scott Kelsey is a partner with the law firm of Angius & Terry LLP. Since joining Angius & Terry LLP, his focus has been specifically representing homeowner associations in Construction Defect litigation (including appellate practice). He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, earning a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. Mr. Kelsey received his law degree from Whittier Law School and is a licensed attorney in Nevada. He is a member of the Nevada State Bar and is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada. In addition, in January of 2015, Mr. Kelsey provided oral argument before the Nevada Supreme Court.
Before joining Angius & Terry LLP, he practiced law for over 13 years as a litigation attorney in various areas of law, including Construction Defect litigation where he represented various developers, general contractors, converters, subcontractors, design professionals and material manufacturers.
