Anne Acuña is an attorney with Angius & Terry LLP with a focus on representing homeowners’ associations in construction defect litigation and providing general counsel to homeowners associations.
Prior to joining Angius & Terry, Ms. Acuña was a case manager and trial attorney at one of the most prominent plaintiffs’ asbestos law firms in California. There, she helped recover several million dollars on behalf of injured plaintiffs and their families against product manufacturers and suppliers, contractors, and premise owners.
Ms. Acuña obtained her Juris Doctorate degree in 2006 from the University of San Francisco School of Law where she received the CALI Award for Excellence in Legal Research and Writing and competed in the Thomas Tang National Moot Court Competition. She previously attended the University of California at Berkeley and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in Public Policy.
Ms. Acuña is a member of the State Bar of California and was named a Northern California Super Lawyers Rising Star (2015 and 2016), a designation awarded to the top 2.5% of attorneys under the age of 40 in Northern California.
