Brandon Jack is an associate with Angius & Terry LLP with a focus on providing general counsel to community associations and representing associations in construction defect litigation. Mr. Jack works with association boards to prepare legal opinions, provide corporate governance advice, amend and draft governing documents, negotiate contracts, and handle all aspects of governing document compliance, discipline, and enforcement matters.

Prior to joining Angius & Terry LLP, Mr. Jack worked as a litigator for two large regional firms and handled complex litigation matters involving business, commercial, employment and insurance related issues.

Mr. Jack obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in 2019 from the McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, California. Mr. Jack previously attended the University of California Santa Barbara and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in philosophy and technology business management. In addition, Mr. Jack obtained associate degrees in mathematics, physical sciences, biochemistry and economics.

In his spare time, Mr. Jack likes to play golf and spend time with his friends and family. Mr. Jack and his wife also love wine and hope to one day open their own vineyard.
