David M. Milton
David Milton is an attorney in the Florida office of Angius & Terry LLP with a focus on representing community associations in construction defect litigation.
Mr. Milton joined Angius & Terry with nearly eight years of litigation experience, representing plaintiffs in personal injury, premises liability, products liability, and wrongful death actions. Before joining Angius & Terry, Mr. Milton handled cases from inception through trial at one of northeast Florida’s premier plaintiff’s firms. There, he wrote an appellate brief that persuaded the United States Circuit Court for the Eleventh Circuit to affirm a $2.6 million verdict against the federal government under the Federal Tort Claims Act.
Mr. Milton obtained his Juris Doctorate degree in 2008 from the University Of Florida Levin College Of Law. Before law school, he attended Brigham Young University — Idaho, where he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in History and a minor in Political Science.
Mr. Milton is a member of the Florida Bar and has been admitted to practice in the Northern District of Florida, the Middle District of Florida, and the Southern District of Florida, as well as the Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Mr. Milton and his wife have three boys, and when Mr. Milton isn’t working, he enjoys the outdoors, any activity on the water, the numerous cultural and entertainment options in Orlando, and, when he has a few moments to himself, reading.
