Video FAQ:

How long does the developer control period last?

The developer control period is governed by how fast the sales go. The transition process starts when 90% of the units have been sold. Depending upon whether it’s a home owners association or condominium association, it’s either five months or possibly six months before the actual control is turned over to the home owners. The starting day is going to be determined by when 90% of the units have been sold.
