What kind of communication should we expect from our construction defect attorney?

A construction defect attorney should be in regular communication with the board of directors and with the homeowners in that association. They should be receiving at least monthly updates, they should be aware of what costs are being expended on their behalf because ultimately they’re going to be responsible for those costs. There should be periodic meetings, usually at least quarterly between the board and the attorney so the board is free to ask whatever questions it might have.
