Rob is a Senior Attorney with Angius & Terry LLP and represents community associations in general corporate counsel matters.
Prior to joining Angius & Terry, Rob practiced patent law for 26 years as a Partner at Blakely, Sokoloff, Taylor and Zafman and Compass IP Law where he represented small, mid-size and Fortune 500 technology companies. Rob is comfortable navigating through complex factual scenarios, procedural rules, substantive legal authority and strategic trade-offs while focusing on cost-effective end-results that best serve the client’s objectives. Having provided numerous opinions in a litigation context and being a veteran of thousands of administrative proceedings, Rob has a penchant for concise, accurate and convincing argumentation.
Rob graduated from The George Washington University Law School in 1998. Rob also received his MS in electrical engineering from Carnegie-Mellon University in 1990 and his BS in electrical engineering in 1988.
