Scott Kelsey is a partner with the law firm of Angius & Terry LLP. Since joining Angius & Terry LLP, his focus has been representing homeowner associations in construction defect litigation (including appellate practice) and as general corporate counsel. Mr. Kelsey has also provided oral argument before the Nevada Supreme Court on two (2) separate occasions. Prior to becoming a licensed attorney, Mr. Kelsey graduated from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance. In addition, Mr. Kelsey received his law degree from Whittier Law School and is a member of the State Bar of Nevada. Before joining Angius &Terry LLP in 2014, Mr. Kelsey practiced law for over 13 years as a litigation attorney in various areas of law, including Construction Defect litigation where he represented various developers, general contractors, converters, subcontractors, design professionals and material manufacturers.
